The outer layer is protected with a standard impregnation, which needs to be renewed after several washes. This impregnation does not affect the waterproofness of the fabric; however, without it, the outer layer may absorb water. To restore impregnation, we recommend using a nano impregnation, easily available in outdoor shops.
